If the right answer does happen to be in that mess somewhere, I think we can safely say that the signal-to-noise ratio is so low that the answer is still wrong (or, if you prefer, useless as far as the question being asked is concerned).

Sniffed of someone wobbling off their meds and having a right good manic time to me. The capabilities of such people are impressive. At one organization I worked at, someone went manic and called all 60 employees, one at a time by manually going through the v-mail book, and left three five minute messages, all (at least on my v-mail) different, unscripted, and deliriously incomprehensible.

I somehow doubt that whole thing was actually typed out... not enough spelling errors. It was probably copied and pasted (prehaps with a bit of paragraph re-ordering) from an online textbook.
