Yet Another Ticket to Ride
If this interview is to be believed, there's yet another bunch of entrepreneurs all set to conquer space. This time they've got an innovative engine design which promises "mo' fastah' bettah'" access. Only time will tell if it's vaporware or not.
I wish someone would build a fission rocket engine. It's about the only rocket that could be built with modern technology and have a commercially viable mass to power ratio. Of course, it would also spew fallout all over any site it was launched from, but with the right combination of buildings and location, it might still work.
