Okay - how do you get outlined letters in photoshop? I keep looking for that, but can't find the effect.

to be fair, we've only got photoshop elements, so that might be part of it...

I use Corel Draw to do them, so I can't really tell you what to do in P-shop. IIRC, elements is a more limited version, so it's possible yours simply doesn't have it.
