From Cradle to Grave

Olivia already pitches fits when her princess dresses are in the wash. I can't imagine what she'd be like if a real wedding dress were available. From previous experience, it won't much matter. Women go bananas preparing for a wedding, no matter what the dress is like. Seems to be a valued part of the experience, far as I can tell.

That rumbling sound you've just heard is the collective groan of every single man in America at the realization that he might be forced to participate in a Very Disney Wedding.

And even worse is that some psycho bride out there will want him dressed as Prince Charming, Beast, Peter Pan, or some other nonsensical character designed specifically to make him look as ghey* as possible.

*not that there's anything wrong with that. Being ghey, that is. But being forced to dress like a prince in a Disney show once you're more than 7 years old ain't a good thing.

I would never make my groom dress up like a Disney prince. Men look much more dashing in a three-piece.

But I still want the dress.
