Probably some 13yo boy playing WoW. He's never had a date and will end up being a programmer, buying a Real Doll, and naming her after some TV program chick like the one from Alias or that Dark whatever show with Alba.
Likely, he went into someone's area and just laid waste to everything in site, then said that. From there, the video might've made youtube.
Purely a guess...

There has to be some source for it, something even funnier or more famous than the "buy buy" hacker. AND I CAN'T STAND NOT KNOWING WHAT IT IS.
