Labor's Tsunami

Before we all get too enamored of "what organized labor brought us," let's take a moment to consider the consequences of not thinking past stage one. The left harps constantly about the "unjust earnings" of certain business leaders. Never once do they seem to acknowledge there might be something wrong with a lifeguard who can retire at 52 with a $147,000 a year pension. And there are a lot more lifeguards out there than there are fat business tycoons.

Happy Labor Day!

The leftist's obvious answer is that a lifeguard is clearly much more important than a CEO and therefore deserves more money.

After all, the lifeguard might've saved 3-5 lives and potentially prevented hundreds of deaths with their mere presence.

And that damned healthcare CEO who's business produced a life-sustaining drug taken by millions (and probably said Senator who's harping away)? Damned vulture on society.

Or that damned CEO who's business provides the substance that allows the transportation that keeps goods at reasonable costs? Ruining the environment.

Bastards - the lot of them.
