Just Don't Open that Bag!

Problem: how do you quantify the amount of methane given off by your typical cow?

Solution: Plastics.

Every time I think the global warming crowd has hopped over the wall of rationality and into the green, well-padded fields of hysteria, they go and jump a little higher.

Methane's been talked about for a bit now, just that there've been huge problems quantifying the amount of methane out there. This is actually a bit better in the overall understanding of the amount of methane produced, which can lead to better modeling.

In fact, this has been something that I've heard other scientists arguing about - mostly using it as a "You're model's screwed because you don't account for the methane" sort of thing.

Of course, if you ask me this means that vegetarians are the cause of global warming because they don't help us eat enough cows.

Bastards.
