Alfa Update

Car and Driver is carrying this update on Alfa's scheduled return to the US. Most has been reported here before, but the article does include mention of Alfa's planned "Mini-killer", a small 3-door hatchback with a big motor and a revived "Junior" moniker.

While I certainly applaud them returning to the states, their design trends seem a bit rehashed to me:

Doesn't the Junior look like a squashed, 2 door Infiniti FX45?

The 8C (their supercar entry) is also somewhat like the Bugatti Veryon, at least to me. It's the whole open thing in the center look.
