Oscar

Oscar died during then night. We knew he wasn't feeling well the past few weeks and nothing we did seemed to help.

So I have him in the freezer right now in several baggies and when I get home tonight I'll bury him in my front garden. :(

So much for a start of a good Birthday.

Plant a rose bush over his grave

1) Lemon
2) Olive oil
3) A bit of pepper and salt
4) Wrap in foil
5) 7 to 8 minutes at 400 degrees

Yeah - even though he hated everyone and everything, it won't feel right going into the kitchen and not seeing him stare at you while mouthing the words "die die die"...

Hey Laurence,

Remind me to send you my aunt's recipe for Shiner Bock Beer-Braised Cat, for when Edloe finally kicks it.

I am so sorry to hear that Oscar died. I just became the owner of an 8" Albino tiger. He is of course the center of attention. I do hope that you get another Oscar as they are habit forming. I have enjoyed your antics with Oscar and will miss them.

Bye Oscar

I suggest a rock garden of sorts (he'd just kill the rose, rocks he'd move around).
