Snow Time!

So for once the weather channels were right, and we've got (for this area) an impressive amount of snow outside. Looks to be 8-12" already, with at least that much "scheduled to appear." Above freezing temperatures with rain enough to wash the salt off the roads isn't scheduled until late this week, so the Milano's put up for the duration. I blazed the trail out to the Cruiser this morning, Ellen's re-clearing things out right now. Whee!

The conditions this winter don't really seem to support the notion that the science of AGW is "settled", does it? Here in CO we just got thru four days where the temp did not get above freezing. Stay warm and have fun shoveling the white stuff!

Eh, the weather changes in cycles, even in the AGW projections. If it gets even colder globally next year, then AGW is definitely broken, though it will make absolutely no difference to the true believers, who will probably split up into two groups: the "global cooling does not invalidate global warming!" group and the "we already saved you in secret, and you ungrateful morons were all too stupid to notice" group (aka the EPA).
