Big Ball

Scientists have discovered that a modern single celled organism as big as a grape leaves trails identical to those found in 600 million year old fossil beds. The implication being these critters, or something very like them, have been around longer than just about anything else we know of, and that the Cambrian explosion may not in fact simply be a gap in the fossil record.

In other news, there are single celled organisms out there as a big as a grape!

I wonder what they taste like?

Heh... why don't you go find out? And no, I won't try one just because you say it's great. I know you, and realized long ago you'd munch on something you only think is vaguely gross to watch me try to eat something that's REALLY NASTY.

Yer evil that way, & we love you because of it.

But not in a teh ghey way, aiight?

I dunno - I'm not as bad as you with regards to gross foods, but I'm still not about to eat things I don't like just for the kicks. I still hate Jello and will only eat it if it involves vodka, so honestly, these things are probably right out.

Of course, if there was something I liked and I thought it'd make you chunder, I'd definitely see if I could get you to eat it.

I mean, seriously - that's in my job description. Kind of like showing Amber the balloon knot.
