She is getting so tall. I like the one with her leg in the air. Is that a combo ice/roller skating step?

They're "convertible" skates... the wheels snap into the soles, allowing her to walk (well, clunk) around. I can't imagine them being used as regular shoes, but it does make getting up and down the driveway a lot simpler.
