Coffin ID

Remember, a few years ago, when they found that iron coffin in downtown DC? It would seem they've identified the occupant. I guess we can all only hope to be interesting enough that, after a century or so, someone will be interested enough to figure out who the hell we are.

Or, rather, were.

Link rot is the perennial curse of all blogs. The only realistic cure is to never blog at all, because checking even a month's worth of blog links for continued validity on a regular basis would take more time than that spent posting a month's worth of blog entries.

Unless one built a bot that did it for you. Wouldn't the papers love that? Every story that's ever been noted by the blog-world getting tagged once a month by bots?
