I protested a lot louder at that age and the beauty shop wash terrified me even more!

I protested the hairwash at home also and I really terrified when mom tried to get my hair washed at the beauty salon at about 2 1/2. I screamed bloody murder!!! Even when I was a older kid I didn't like it. I learned to do it myself finally and it took till I was a teenager before I could say I liked it when someone else washed my hair. I've babysat for a long time and it made me very gentle and understanding towards kids scared of washing their hair. I can do it without ever scaring them and I always make it fun!
