Breast implants are becoming more and more popular with a surprising group of Shanghai citizens -- men.

The Shanghai Daily said Wednesday that most of the male patients seeking implants in China's financial hub wanted to impress women, or clients, or in some cases their boss.

I mean, where do you start with this one?

I've heard of similar things happening here in the States - including calf implants (insert whiney man saying that his legs just don't get enough muscle comment).

hmmm - if you're unhappy with your pecs - hit the friggin gym. if someone had implants just to look good and a regular guy found out, he be required (by the guy code) to challenge the loser in contests of strength just to humiliate him.
