Silflay has a nice, simple deconstruction of the whole reserve/guard re-enlistment "problem". Not a disproof as such, but definitely a talking point next time I have lunch with my brother.
Oh that's real good. Hmmm Think his numbers might be scued because STOP LOSS has been in effect since 9/11?? They haven't been allowed to get out??
Posted by: Jeff on January 26, 2004 06:11 PMOne other thing. He is talking about the National Gaurd not the Army Reserves. The Gaurd has contracts that they must fulfill. The Reserver (At least those troops who have active duty experiance) have already done their comitment.
