something tells me that billboard is from the same folks who think running tv ads with NFL players staring into the camera and saying "real men dont beat their wives" is actually gonna stop some guy from whackin on his wife.

But is that sign made by the same folks that made the "Don't be a Dumb Ash" about the Daddy smoking while reading a story to his daughter, who is sitting on his lap?
Some ads work (hopefully, the ones about things that will kill you), some don't (hopefully those that don't hurt anyone else).
